What's The Message?
Welcome messages are best suited to quick, easily broadcast media, such as PowerPoint, a quick video speech, celebration meeting, website notices and, if the message is international, a multi-lingual memo or email.
Unwelcome messages are best suited to well-crafted, thoughtful and sincere communications with substantial documentation, such as CD-ROMs, a documentary video, an offsite retreat meeting or an illustrated, graphic brochure.
