Avekta has translated and redesigned printed products for the Museum of Modern Art in New York City since 2001 after being recommended by the American Museum of Natural History, where Avekta produced the audio tracks for the Hayden Planetarium show in seven languages.

This sample is a portion of the MoMA Visitor's Guide, which Avekta produced in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Korean and Chinese. These translations are particularly difficult because they include delicate interpretations of artistic works, which are presented in the MoMA. Furthermore, the translations, which often take more space than the original English version, must be carefully fit into the original design, while remaining attractive and legible.
